Sharing the DMZ + Majang Lake Tour Review

Greetings!

I'm proud that Majang Lake + DMZ Tour has received such a review.

[DMZ + Lake Majang Suspension Bridge One Day Tour from Seoul]

The tour was very beautiful!

We learnt so much about the Korean culture and history through the tour but most importantly through our tour guide!

We had Moon Young as our tour guide and she is very lovely and we absolutley loved the way she presented herself and her knowledge as it was all very engaging and entertaining.

She was also very accommodating from making us feel welcome, answering any questions we had and taking our lovely photos plus getting to know each other.

The views were also spectacular!

Thank you Moon Young! We wish we could give you more than 5 stars! You made our Korea trip memorable and one not to forget.

The tour wouldn't have been the same without you!

Our guide Moon Young was very happy to receive your review.
She is the most intelligent and attractive guide among us.
Anyone would like her, but it's our guide who's happier than anyone else to meet you.
You were also a five-star guest to us.
If I come back to Korea later, I hope to see you again.

In particular, I feel very proud that I learned Korean culture and history through our tour.
Korea has a very long history, and each place has a variety of stories.
If you have sympathized with the modern and contemporary history of the DMZ, I also recommend the NAYT tour where you can see the history and stories before that.
I recommend you to be the main character in a Korean historical drama under the moonlight! I'll be waiting for you!

Sharing the DMZ + Majang Lake Tour Review

Review on tour guide : Dennis is such an amazing tour guide. Very knowledgeable & engaging throughout the journey, but the quality that shines the most is his willingness to go beyond the necessary to assist you even in the most minute of request.

Also, he got mad skills in photography, and will be your personal photographer for free !

Review on the tour : Amazing ! For what you paid you are getting 2x more in returns.

The entire tour is a rollercoaster of emotions as Dennis shines the stories of the voices who were silenced ~80 years ago in chronological order, after which, you will appreciate that peace time in and on itself is a privilege than the world must strive to protect.

The bridge is as scenic as your memory could recall that will reminds you that there still life to live.

Also , if you are looking for collectibles, don’t forget to ask Dennis (he will reminds you in the bus) where you can get North Korean Notes. Its prob the rarest memorabilia you could ever lay your hands on.

Korean history related to DMG is very heavy and dark.

However, we cherish and protect the will to move forward without giving in to it and the peace gained by all its sacrifices.
Thank you for sympathizing with the stories about it.

Dennis is a storyteller who is very eloquent and tells difficult stories with great interest.
Also, if you find a great photographer, that would also be Denise's top choice!

If everyone wants to take a life shot, look for Denise!
Even asking him for a picture is free!

This tour is a tour to enjoy Majang Lake and DMZ together, and reservations can be made through the link below.

Dokgae Bridge, a symbol of division along with DMZ

There is a Dokgae bridge in Imjingak, Paju

[Half-day DMZ Essential Tour from Seoul]

The Imjin River Dokgae bridge reproduced the shape of the pre-war railway bridge with a length of 105m and a width of 5m by utilizing the piers destroyed by bombing during the Korean War.

It is a tourist-type footbridge that allows you to feel the scars of war and the importance of peace while walking on a bridge consisting of past, present, and future sections.

When you enter Dokgae Bridge, you will see a civilian control area guide.

It is now a tourist destination, but it is originally a military operation area, so access is restricted without permission
It looks like an old locomotive running between South and North Korea

If you go a little further, you can see the DMZ.
Since Korea is still a divided country and is in a truce, not an end to the war, there is a limit to photography at Dokgae bridge.
You can see the bullet marks from the Korean War
You can see the signs of fierce fighting like this.

"This place will be demolished on the day of unification."

If the unification comes, I'll take a train to North Korea
I want to go on a tour with you.
If you want to visit Dokgae bridge, please apply for the tour below.
